great tip from one our customers for your Chefs Select parchment paper use
Michelle writes: Line your
baking sheet with parchment paper, then place the
strips of bacon on the paper and bake at 400F for
approximately 15 to 18 minutes. The bacon stays flat
and you have easy clean up.
