CHEFS SELECT Parchment Paper is converted and packaged in Toronto, Canada and distributed throughout North America by Specialty Paper Group Inc. The company was formed by Michael Gaudet, who has been dedicated to the importing and distribution of parchment and greaseproof papers since 1986. Specialty Paper Group Inc provides both retail and commercial market products.

The Specialty Paper Group Inc plant is Kosher (COR 563 and Star-K) and Pareve approved.

Specialty Paper Group Inc is a member of the Packaging Association of Canada, Baking Association of Canada and the Scarborough Chamber of Commerce.
