Using low fat milk instead of the usual heavy cream will help you stick to your heart healthy resolutions. Serve with fruit dippers for an added antioxidant boost.
3 oz good quality semi-sweet
or bittersweet chocolate, chopped Combine chocolate and milk in a microwave bowl. Microwave, uncovered at medium-high for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla and liqueur, if using. Transfer to a small fondue pot over a candle to keep warm while dipping. Makes 2 servings. Make-ahead tip: Cover and refrigerate sauce until serving. Microwave at medium until warm.
