Who can resist peanut butter cookies? 3/4 cup all purpose flour (175
mL) In bowl, combine flour, oats, soda and salt. In large bowl, cream butter and peanut butter with sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, blending well. Stir in peanuts and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls onto Chefs Select Parchment Paper lined baking sheets. Flatten lightly with floured fork. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool on wire racks. Makes about 3 dozen. |
