Wormy Apples

Stuff and bake apples on a parchment paper lined baking pan until tender. Idared, Cortland or Northern Spy apples are good choices for baking apples as they hold their shape. Baking time will vary with different types of apples.  Let cool about 10 minutes, then tuck one end of a gummy worm into the top of the filling in each apple, leaving most of the worm dangling out. Serve warm.

Stuffing suggestion:  Stuff with a mixture of Brown Sugar, granola and butter mixture.
